Terese
Patient Services Director

Terese coordinates all patient care for the center and manages patient case management including scheduling, insurance benefit verification, financial arrangements, billing submissions and payments.


Terese 2007 - Not too many people can say that they love their job, but I can. I love coming to work. Just the idea of being able to help people in every part of my job makes me smile. Never underestimate what a simple smile or even an ear to listen can do for a person.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ellison since 2003, helping save peoples lives. I’ve done all sorts of things to assist patients with their care. From helping them at the front desk with scheduling to helping them understand insurance to my latest adventure of helping Dr. Ellison with parts of her exams. It’s been a journey from where I started to where I am now. I will now venture out into being more of a supervisor position as our clinic grows in helping people, which I am very excited for this personal challenge!

Outside of the office I love spending time with my boyfriend, family and friends. I also love watching the food network! (Just a word of caution, I do not recommend others trying the food I cook, as I do not know how to!)

Megan
Chiropractic Assistant, Wellness Coach

Megan performs all non-chiropractor patient services, including histories, exams, x-rays, scans and new patient counseling. She also leads our Creating Wellness program, acting as lead coach and dedicated to helping people be fit, think right, and eat well. She also works with Ashley with patient reception.

Megan 2007 - I was born and raised in the great Pacific Northwest. I attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg for two years before moving to California in 2004. I moved to the Seattle area early 2007 in order to be closer to my family.

I have worked in the chiropractic field for over three years. I am interested in natural forms of healthcare, nutrition and exercise. As my training continues at Always Chiropractic, I will be helping patients achieve better health through nutritional coaching and educating patients on alternative healthcare. I will also be assisting Dr. Ellison with patient care, taking x-rays, and introducing our new Creating Wellness program. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends. I also like to read, shop and travel.
